Hickling Health and Fitness

Session Times

Gym:
Monday: 7am – 11am
Wednesday: 7am – 10.30am &  6pm – 7pm
Friday: 7am – 10:45am
Sunday: 9:30am - 12 Noon

Stretch & Tone:
Monday: 8.45am – 9.15am
Wednesday: 5.30pm – 6pm

Chair Aerobics:

Wednesday: 10.30am -11.30am

Our instructors Sally and Judith are ready to write your personal 'Get Healthy' fitness programme. All ages and abilities are welcome so come and give it a try. It costs just £25 to join. After that you pay £22 a month to use it as many times as you want. Just pop in at any session for a chat, or for more information call Sally on 07900 445536

One off joining fee of £20 (which includes a personalised exercise programme) and £22 per month for unlimited use of the gym.

Alternatively, you can 'pay as you go'.....a £6 payment every time you use the gym, or a card of five passes for £25.

And if you are visiting the village, you can buy a £6 day pass.
There's no joining fee or assessment, you just need to fill out a short questionnaire.

The Details

Gym Induction/Programme

We will ask you to fill outa health questionnaire and take your blood pressure.

Our qualified instructor will give you an induction and complete a programme card tailored to your needs and goals.

One of our qualified instructors will give you a one-to-one induction showing you all the equipment which you will have an opportunity to try out.

Gym Programme

On your second visit our instructors will take you through a structured exercise programme, tailored to your needs and goals. This is a great way to get the most out of your time in the gym. The instructor will explain your programme and demonstrate every step of the way. It will be a lot of information but remember we have an instructor in the gym at all times to give you a hand if you forget.

Sally has a wide experience in fitness. She is a qualified GP referral instructor, Personal Trainer and fitness instructor.

Judith Smith

Judith does our Friday morning session. She is a freelance personal trainer and fitness instructor.

Fitness Classes

The following fitness classes are all held at the Barn.
You don't need to be a member of the gym to take part.

STRETCH & TONE

Our stretch sessions are on Mondays between 8.45am and 9.15am and on Wednesdays between 5.30pm and 6pm.

CHAIR AEROBICS

Wednesdays at 10.30am - 11.30am


ZUMBA GOLD

Looking for a low-impact Zumba class? 

Come along on Fridays at 11.15am.

PILATES

Every Tuesday at 8am and 9am

Pilates is an excellent way to keep fit and flexible. It is low impact yet

energising. Perfect for men and women of all ages and levels of fitness.
