‍Hermann Göring (Russell Crowe), Hitler's right-hand man, is imprisoned after the fall of Nazi Germany alongside other high-ranking leaders.

Psychiatrist Douglas Kelley (Rami Malek) is tasked with assessing Göring'smental state and determining his role within the Nazi hierarchy.

Meanwhile,Justice Robert H. Jackson (Michael Shannon) prepares for the prosecution.

As Douglas becomes increasingly fascinated, even charmed, by Göring's intellectand manipulation, he begins to doubt whether Jackson can truly outmatch him in the courtroom.
